7 WAYS TO FIND MOTIVATION IF YOU DON'T WANT TO TRAIN

1. PUT ON THE SPORTS CLOTHING

Don't think about it, just get dressed. If you wear training clothes you will not go directly to the couch. Find clothes that you like and it feels good and you will feel great when you wear it. Vibrant colors or a sober black, whichever you prefer!

2. WRITE HOW YOU FEEL AFTER TRAINING

Write a diary with how you feel after training. In the Runtastic app, for example, you can add photos and notes to your physical activities, so on the day, you don't feel like exercising you will remember that feeling of energy you usually have when you train.

3. VARIETY, VARIETY, VARIETY

Do not always do the same training. It includes variety! You can go for a run, go cycling, do a workout with your own weight (in the Results app you have many options to train!) ... in the variety is the taste!

4. POINT YOUR TRAINING IN THE CALENDAR

Planning things in advance helps a lot! Mark training days on the calendar to make it harder for you to make excuses.

5. BE SURROUNDED BY MOTIVATION

You will also have to rub shoulders with people who make you feel able to reach your goals. You can also write your goals and your favorite motivational phrases on a site where you can see them often. Work on creating a motivating environment so you don't forget it when you're unmotivated!

6. EVERYTHING IS MORE LIKELY IN GROUP

Training in a group makes everything better! Consider it a plan with friends, it will be more fun and motivating: the day you feel lazy you will go to train to not fail your teammates and you will cheer up each other.

7. STOP EATING EVIL

Eating bad food for health, processed or high in sugars makes you lose energy. These foods make you feel tired, lazy, unmotivated and in a bad mood. In addition, you will not be able to reach your goals if you train but neglect nutrition. Follow a balanced diet that includes a lot of fruit and vegetables and takes into account macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, and fat).
